A simple three step process for using our restoration services for your designer bag. If you have any questions, you can CONTACT us directly.

1. CHOOSE YOUR SERVICES

Go to our SERVICES where we have a selection of treatments for your designer bag. Select which ones you would like and click QUOTE. You will then be sent to our online booking form where you can fill in your contact details and upload images of your bag. Click send and we will get back to you with a bespoke quote for your bag based on the images you have sent and services you have chosen.

2. PACKAGE UP YOUR BAG

Once you have recieved your quote and you are happy to go ahead with the work you can send your item(s). You must include your name, address and details of your item(s) in the package. You can post your item(s) by Aus Post or a courier of your choice. We do offer a collection service for customers in Sydney. To get a quote for this service please email us directly.

3. CONFIRM THE WORK

When your item(s) arrive we will review them and contact you to confirm the work. This will ensure we are carrying out all relevant services and discuss any further work that may be required that were not apparent in the original images. At this point payment will be taken to confitm you order. We accept card payment, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on personal drop offs. When the work is complete we will contact you to arrange return delivery or collection.
